| Shipping is free for orders of $50 or more, and $4.00 for orders less than $50.
We ship to the only to the USA and Canada, and accept credit cards only
with billing address in the USA or Canada. All prices are in U.S. dollars. |
Orders paid by credit card will be shipped within five business days
of placement. Shipment is by first class mail, priority mail,
or UPS ground service, depending on order weight and destination.

| Orders paid by check, or by money order from a source other than
the US Postal service, are shipped within about seven to twelve days
of receiving payment. Orders paid by U.S. Postal Service money order
are shipped usually within five days of when payment reaches us. |

Add to your cart... - which creates a record of all the boxes you want to consider. (A session cookie is required to keep track a shopping cart. If your browser does not accept cookies, this button behaves like the Order Now button.) |

| When finished browsing and ready to finalize your order,
click any Order Now or Finalize Order button.
An order form will appear listing all the boxes you have set aside,
with thumbnail picture. You can remove boxes from the list,
change the quantity of a box to more than one, and calculate your
final order price. |
| Then choose a method of payment. Our credit card ordering
process uses industry-standard SSL encryption to transmit your information
safely over the Internet. As an alternative, you can use our
mail-in credit card order form, or pay by personal check. Please use
the order form to calculate your final price and record your order
automatically on our server, and then choose your preferred option.
