| Sometimes we can ship orders the same day on request,
for a rush handling fee of $10, in addition to express shipping charges if any.
We can use UPS air express shipping methods to guarantee fast delivery.
Express shipping options are described in detail below. |

| Our standard shipping service uses first class mail,
priority mail and UPS ground service. Please allow two to eight days
for delivery in the eastern US, or four to ten days in the west. |
| Express shipment options and corresponding
shipping charges are as follows: |

UPS 3-Day Select - recommended mostly around holiday
times, or for shipments over two pounds for delivery in the west of the USA.
Priority mail, one of our standard services, will often yield the same
result, but 3-Day Select service offers a guarantee.
Shipping charge of $7.00 and up, depending on order weight
and distance. |

UPS Second Day Air - guarantees delivery
by the end of the second day after shipment. Not necessary in the
northeastern US, including Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, and New England,
where UPS ground shipping would be two days or less anyway.
Shipping charge of $12.00 and up, depending on order weight
and distance. |

UPS Second Day Air AM - guarantees delivery
by noon of the second day after shipment.
Shipping charge of $12.00 and up, depending on order weight
and distance. Not available to most residential addresses,
or to many small towns and rural areas. |

UPS Next Day Air or Next Day Air Saver -
guaranteed delivery the next day after shipment. Delivery time
varies by location: 10:30 to noon for Next Day Air, or 3:00 to
end of day for Next Day Air Saver. Not necessary to New England
or New York City, where ground service is one day anyway.

| We routinely ship orders to addresses other than the billing address of the credit card used for payment. Sometimes, however, such orders require verification that can't be completed in time for rush shipment. Here are some guidelines: |

If you are listed in the public telephone directory at your credit card billing address, and you are reachable, your order will almost always be handled quickly. We may call to verify your order. |

If your credit card is billed to your home, and you request delivery to your workplace, this rarely results in any delay. Please include the name of the company in your delivery address. |
|
Quick handling is more likely if you include a traceable email address with your order, such as a business email - not hotmail or yahoo. |
