| Return Policy Orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. No return authorization or other paperwork is required. Please send returns by any convenient carrier to the address above, and use delivery confirmation (green form available at the post office) with shipments by mail. Please let me know by email also that your return is coming, so I can watch for it and process it more quickly. |
| About the Boxes. All boxes on this site come from Enchanted World of Boxes, a company in Cambridge, MA which designs and imports hand-crafted wood products. (EWB also serves qualified wholesale customers, and has its own website. You can also call 888-245-3233 for wholesale inquiries.) The boxes are hand-made in southern Poland by six different workshops and a network of independent carpenters, ranging from large cooperatives to small family operations. They are colored mostly with wood stains, ink and fabric dyes, and finished mostly with environmentally- friendly water-based varnish.
